As close friends of children, Young Pioneers counselors are not only the leaders of their life pursuit, but also the organizers of their practical experience and the servers of their healthy growth. Practical experience tells me that activities are an effective carrier of educating people, and carrying out activities is the life and vitality of the Young Pioneers' work. How to adjust measures to local conditions and carefully plan activities with characteristics and in line with the law of children's development in order to achieve the educational goal of "educating people"? The following are some of my work experiences and understandings:

First, do a good job in routine management and lay a solid foundation for the work of the Young Pioneers

Daily management is the most basic part of moral education in schools, and it is also the guarantee for stabilizing students' study and living environment, enabling students to develop good behavior habits, and also the necessary prerequisite for organizing and carrying out the activities of the Young Pioneers. Flag-raising ceremony is an important form of deepening patriotism education in school moral education activities. The flag-raising ceremony held in our school every week is standardized and grand, from the organization of the flag-raising ceremony to the end of the flag-raising ceremony, from the basic actions of flag-raisers and flag-guards to the password of the host, from the salute of all young pioneers to the singing of the national anthem by all teachers and young pioneers, from the command of the chorus national anthem to the dedication of leaders and teachers under the national flag. The standardized flag-raising ceremony made all teachers and students receive subtle patriotic education.

Daily management also includes the cultivation of students' good living habits, study habits and civilized behavior habits. Every day, the Young Pioneers Brigade Department strengthens the daily management of a series of students, such as red scarf duty, students' civilized posts, duty classes, duty students and duty cadres, and carries out implementation and inspection. In order to show the energetic spirit of the team members, set up more excellent models and stimulate their positive sense of competition, the school selects "class star" and "campus star" once every semester, so that every team member can learn by example, behave in a standardized and effective way.

The brigade department uses regular or irregular inspections to check and evaluate the squadron's blackboard newspaper every month, and at the same time, it also conducts spot checks on the squadron's class style, classroom layout, hygiene, etc., which strengthens the squadron's good class style.

3. Informationization of communication reports

Campus broadcasting is used as a carrier to promote players to read more, communicate more and report more. Useful books and newspapers are spiritual food for counselors and team members to grow up. Counselors subscribe to the magazine Counselor and Moral Education in Primary Schools, and 95% of the team members subscribe to China Youth Daily or children's quality periodicals. And guide the team members to the health network to help them improve their information collection and processing capabilities and resist the invasion of bad behavior.

Third, highlight the theme and carefully organize colorful activities of the Young Pioneers.

Our school puts young pioneers in the first place everywhere and establishes a sense of service. Because the activities of the Young Pioneers are the life of the Young Pioneers.

With the progress of the times, great and profound changes have taken place in the characteristics of the times and the educational environment of children. As a young pioneer in the new century, we must conform to the trend of the times, stand at the forefront of the times and practice, emancipate our minds, keep pace with the times, and carry out our work with innovative and pioneering ideas and enterprising spirit. For this reason, our school carries out a series of thematic activities every year, such as: learning from Lei Feng in March; bending over to pick up garbage in lower grades.
