What can broken construction waste be used for?

After being treated by specialized equipment such as iron removal, air separation, crushing and screening, most of the construction waste can be processed into renewable resources and recycled for production.

① Using waste building concrete and waste masonry to produce coarse and fine aggregates, which can be used to produce concrete and mortar with corresponding strength grades or to prepare building materials such as blocks, wallboard and floor tiles. After adding solidified materials, coarse and fine aggregates can also be used for highway pavement base;

(2) Using waste bricks to produce aggregates can be used to produce recycled bricks, blocks, wallboard, floor tiles and other building materials;

(3) Dregs can be used for road construction, pile foundation filler, foundation, etc.

(4) For the abandoned wooden construction waste, the wood that has not been obviously damaged can be directly used for building renovation, and the seriously damaged wooden components can be used as raw materials for wood recycling boards or papermaking;

⑤ Waste pavement asphalt mixture can be directly used for recycled asphalt concrete in a proper proportion;

⑥ Waste road concrete can be processed into recycled aggregate for preparing recycled concrete;

⑦ Scrap steel, scrap steel and other scrap metal materials can be directly reused or recovered;

Nowadays, waste glass, waste plastics, waste ceramics and other construction waste will be used differently according to the situation.
