The machine maintenance workers at the scene told reporters that most of the stopped machines were out of oil, and some of them were broken, because the maintenance machines had to be reported layer by layer and then approved layer by layer before they could be repaired.

In the first oil production area, there is also a large piece of exploration equipment marked "Bohai Drilling Team 700 19", all of which are rusty and piled up in weeds that are more than one person tall.
