4. Treat students with appreciation

I believe that every student has his or her own unique side. Teachers cannot focus on students' shortcomings and only criticize and accuse them. Students should be viewed with appreciation. If some students have poor grades but are very caring, they should be praised by the teacher. Or some students may not be able to write well or work diligently, etc. These cannot be ignored by teachers.

5. Give full play to the joint efforts of home and school

Educating students is a long process. If teachers alone are obviously not enough, parents should also play a good role in education. I believe that every parent pays attention to the performance of their children in school, but sometimes due to work reasons, they are unable to accompany their children to study in person. At this time, the head teacher should take the initiative to contact parents, promptly report the child's performance, and work together to make full use of the joint efforts of home and school.
