Working principle of refrigerator

The working principle of freezer is mainly based on refrigeration cycle. Through a series of equipment and processes, the temperature in the freezer is reduced to the required level, and this low-temperature environment is maintained to ensure the quality and freshness of stored items.

First of all, there is a closed refrigeration circuit in the freezer, which is filled with refrigerants (such as ammonia and ethylene glycol). Refrigerant will evaporate into gas at low temperature and condense into liquid at high temperature. This is the basis of refrigerator refrigeration cycle.

At the beginning of the refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant is sucked by the compressor. A compressor compresses a refrigerant to increase its temperature and pressure. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant then enters the condenser and contacts with the external low-temperature environment. In the condenser, the refrigerant radiates heat and quickly cools into liquid, which reduces the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant.

The cooled refrigerant then enters the evaporator, evaporates into gas again and absorbs the heat of the surrounding environment. This endothermic process reduces the temperature of the freezing chamber, thus achieving the freezing effect.

Finally, the refrigerant returns to the compressor again and starts a new cycle. Through continuous circulation, the freezer can maintain a stable low temperature environment.

In addition to the refrigeration cycle, the freezer is equipped with other auxiliary equipment, such as fans and cooling towers, to optimize the air circulation and temperature distribution in the freezer. At the same time, the freezer manager will adjust the freezer temperature, open and close the door according to the actual needs, and regularly clean the inside of the freezer to ensure its normal operation and effective storage of goods.
