Article 3 The section of Wangfujing Street from Dongdan Third Street in the south to Jinyu Hutong in the north is a pedestrian street. The section of Wangfujing Street from Jinyu Hutong in the south to dengshikou Street in the north is a bus pedestrian street. All kinds of vehicles shall abide by the prohibition regulations and obey the management.

The Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau will work with the Dongcheng District People's Government to formulate specific traffic control plans and set up obvious signs in the areas entering and leaving Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. Article 4 The following activities in Wangfujing Pedestrian Street area shall meet the planning requirements and be reported to the relevant departments for approval according to law. The relevant departments shall solicit the opinions of Wangfujing District Construction Management Office when handling the examination and approval.

(1) Exterior decoration and fitment of buildings;

(2) changing the style, style and location of public facilities;

(3) setting up outdoor advertisements;

(4) occupying roads and squares for business and service business or holding cultural, publicity, exhibition, consultation and other activities. Article 5 Any of the following acts shall be discouraged and stopped by the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management:

(1) spitting, chewing gum, urinating and littering;

(2) distributing printed matter and posting advertisements at will;

(3) moving or damaging public facilities at will;

(4) Disdressed, lying in a public seat;

(5) Kicking, roller skating and skateboarding;

(6) other acts that hinder the city appearance and environmental sanitation.

in case of the circumstances specified in item (1) of the preceding paragraph, the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation, order it to make corrections, and may impose a fine ranging from 2 yuan to 5 yuan. In case of the circumstances specified in Item (2) of the preceding paragraph, the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management shall be punished in accordance with the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation and the Provisions of Beijing Municipality on the Administration of Slogans and Publicity Materials. In case of the circumstances specified in Item (3) of the preceding paragraph, the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management may transfer it to the relevant authorities for handling according to law. Article 6 Any of the following acts shall be dealt with by the traffic administrative department of the public security in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations:

(1) Violation of the provisions of Article 3 of these Provisions;

(2) parking motor vehicles or non-motor vehicles at will. Article 7 Any of the following acts shall be discouraged and stopped by the public security organs, and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and rules:

(1) vagrants and beggars, sleeping on the streets;

(2) engaging in feudal superstitious activities such as divination and fortune telling or gambling;

(3) carrying dogs and other animals;

(4) other acts that disrupt public order and hinder public security. Article 8 The Dongcheng District People's Government shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of these Provisions. Wangfujing District Construction Management Office is specifically responsible for the comprehensive management and coordination of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street.

The organs of industry and commerce, public security, public security traffic management and the comprehensive law enforcement departments of urban management shall, according to their respective responsibilities, strengthen the management, supervision and inspection of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street area according to law.
