Why does every anti-Japanese drama have a Japanese "China hand"?

This is really a bit of a complex historical truth.

During the Anti-Japanese War, the Japanese Kurt's ability was definitely much stronger than that in the TV series. The map of China used by the Japanese army is more detailed than that used by the China army itself.
