Periodic information (attached table 1) shall be reported once every quarter, and the statistical information of the previous stage of remediation shall be reported before April, July, June, 10 in 2005 and+10 in June 2065; Report the case information every month (Table 2), submit the case investigation information before 15 every month, and submit the detailed case of major cases (cases transferred to judicial organs). All provincial agricultural departments should earnestly do a good job in information statistics and reporting, and the responsibility should be implemented to people.
