New regulations on the disposal of dangerous buildings of grade D

The people's government of a township (town) and the subdistrict office shall, within three days from the date of receiving the appraisal report of D-class dangerous houses, issue a notice to urge the owners and actual users of the houses to get rid of the danger, telling them to stop using it immediately, evacuate in time and take measures to get rid of the danger within a time limit; Set up safety protection facilities and warning signs for D-class dangerous houses, and seal them up when necessary.

D when dangerous houses endanger public safety, township (town) people's governments and sub-district offices shall take necessary measures to eliminate actual dangers according to law.

Public security, fire protection, comprehensive law enforcement, water supply, power supply and other relevant units shall assist the township (town) people's government and street offices in the emergency disposal of D-class dangerous houses.
