Special note: if you need to travel by plane, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger bus, inter-provincial passenger ship and other means of transportation, you must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. All people returning from other provinces must enter Lou with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, and make a "double filing", that is, two days in advance through the "Hunan Residents' Health Card-Registration in Hunan" and report to their communities, units and hotels by telephone. After arriving in Loulou, actively cooperate with the landing nucleic acid detection at the first entrance or the first foothold, and conduct another nucleic acid detection on the third day. During this period, do not participate in gathering activities, do not go to crowded places, and avoid taking public transportation. In particular, those who have lived in the following time and place, and all those whose health codes are "red code" and "yellow code" or "pop-up reminder", please take the initiative to report to your community, unit and hotel immediately and accept the corresponding health management.
