How to Develop Class Culture Construction for Class Teachers

I worked as a class teacher in a county middle school. During this period, I paid special attention to the construction of class culture, and tried to create a relaxed, fresh and humanistic class culture from the aspects of environmental layout, emotional exchange and collective concept training. In this atmosphere, I feel that students are lively, naive and lovely, and they are happy in their study and life every day! The classroom is the main position for students to study and live. A warm classroom environment can make students learn more easily and live more comfortably. At the beginning of each semester, I pay great attention to the arrangement of classes and educate students to keep desks and stools clean and tidy during class. The four slogans hanging in the classroom are all created by students themselves in pinyin. I will collect the famous words in my class every month and change them once a month. In this way, students gradually understand the educational significance of banners. The study column and system column of the class are classified and placed on both sides of the back blackboard, which stipulates that no one (including myself) can scribble around the classroom. Besides, I did two unique things. One is to set up a class style display column in the classroom to publish paintings, paper-cuts, hand-made works of art and excellent literary works created by students in this class, so as to stimulate students' enthusiasm for independent creation. The other is to open up advertisements for class celebrities. I usually pay great attention to observing students' performance, and I will carry out class celebrity selection activities every month. Elect those students who have made outstanding performance in that month as class celebrities, and make a brief introduction to their deeds, with their photos and school motto, and make celebrity advertisements. These "celebrities" are all from the class, and the children are familiar with them and have great feelings. The purpose of my work is to make students feel: I envied you yesterday, now I will be you, and tomorrow I will surpass you. The development of students' emotional intelligence is a systematic project and a process of interaction between individuals and others, the collective and society.
