In recent years, beef and mutton, which is better than chicken and pork and more delicate in protein, is increasingly favored by people in China. However, as far as the overall environment is concerned, the beef supply level in China is still insufficient due to factors such as long breeding cycle and high cost. This also brings many opportunities for beef cattle breeding.

Judging from the fluctuation of beef cattle market price, the price is relatively stable without much fluctuation, which is a good thing for farmers, and with the upgrading of Chinese consumption structure, the demand for beef cattle is relatively stable. From this point of view, beef cattle breeding is worth considering. However, in recent years, with the rise of large-scale farming, more and more small-scale farmers have withdrawn from the farming industry and replaced them with professional beef cattle farming and large-scale farming. Coupled with the gradual increase in environmental protection in the past two years, many small and medium-sized farmers have been ordered to rectify or stop farming, and the market gap is large.

But beef cattle breeding is different from raising chickens and pigs, and the cycle is longer. Moreover, the number of beef cattle in the past two years has decreased by more than 654.38+million in the past four years, which also shows that beef cattle breeding is not very popular at present, but the market price of beef cattle in the market has also dropped slightly from 2065.438+05 to 2065.438+06, which has also caused a certain blow to previous beef cattle breeders.
