In order to comprehensively carry out regular epidemic prevention and control work, shopping malls and supermarket merchants are requested to do the following "five-in-place" epidemic prevention and control work.

1. Prevention and control materials and facilities are in place. Special epidemic prevention and control desks are set up at the entrances of shopping malls and supermarkets; they are equipped with registration books, thermometers, masks, and liquid gel disinfection and hand-washing; the itinerary code, health code, and location code are posted in eye-catching places at the entrance; reminders for wearing masks are posted at the entrance. 4. Daily detection and disinfection are in place. Employees will conduct nucleic acid testing once a week; disinfect the environment in shopping malls and supermarkets, and keep records.

5. Emergency measures are in place. The isolation room is set in place. Those with red codes, yellow codes and those with fever should be isolated in a timely manner and the local health center should be notified.

All merchants in shopping malls and supermarkets in the city are requested to conscientiously implement various epidemic prevention and control measures. The Municipal Commerce Bureau will conduct continuous inspections, issue rectification notices to merchants who fail to implement them, and notify the city. Merchants that fail to make the second rectification will be required to suspend operations first and then make rectifications. They will not be able to operate normally until they pass the inspection.
