1. Guiding ideology

5. Activity steps

The first stage: activity planning (end of November)

The Teaching Office formulates the overall activity plan for the Reading Festival.

Second stage: Organization and implementation (December)

(1) Specific arrangements for mobilization of the Reading Festival

1 Speech and propaganda under the national flag (December 3 Zhan Lina is in charge)

The opening ceremony will be held on 2nd (on the afternoon of December 4th in the third quarter at the school basketball court) hosted by Zhan Lina. School Jiang delivered an opening speech, and the director of the Political and Education Office issued a proposal for the Reading Festival to the entire school. School Cheng announced the specific implementation plan and requirements.

3 Hang the Reading Festival slogan on campus (completed from December 3rd to 4th, Deng Haixia and Zang Aijun are responsible)

4 Recommend students to read 25 books. (Implemented by the Chinese language group, Mo Jian is responsible, and reviewed by Cheng School. It must be completed before December 4 and issued to each class). Teachers create their own reading plans.

5. Post a letter to parents to promote buying books and reading. Launch parent-child reading (Secretary Ji Guojin is in charge and will be completed on the weekend of the first week of December).

VI. Activities Requirements

1. Each class in grades 7 and 8 is guaranteed to have 1 hour of free reading time every day (10 minutes each before morning reading, 10 minutes before quiet school at noon, and last evening self-study) (40 minutes per section); ninth graders use the time before morning reading and evening self-study to read, ensuring half an hour of reading time every day.

2. Everyone should read at least one book well (choose a good book, read it, understand it, and read it thoroughly).

4. Get to know a person (get to know the people in the book, get to know the author, talk to them, and understand their thoughts).
