Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of this Law, barbecues in the open air or provides barbecue places in the time and area prohibited by the local people's government shall be ordered by the supervision and administration department determined by the local people's government at or above the county level to make corrections, and the barbecue tools and illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of not less than 500 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed.

The emission standard of cooking fume in catering industry (GB 18483-200 1) defines the emission standard of cooking fume, and clearly stipulates: "Catering enterprises that emit cooking fume must install cooking fume purification facilities and ensure that they operate as required in the course of operation. The unorganized emission of smoke and dust is regarded as exceeding the standard. "

The Standard stipulates: "Environmental protection departments at or above the county level may supervise and monitor the lampblack emission status of catering units as needed." "This standard shall be supervised and implemented by the competent administrative department of environmental protection at or above the county level".
