Although he is only in his mid-twenties, he has many titles such as "Director of China Calligraphers Association", "Executive Director of China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association", "Member of Hunan Calligraphers Association" and "Member of Hunan Young Calligraphers Association", but his real occupation is secretary of the board of directors and assistant to the chairman of Hunan Xiaoxiang Group Company.

His name is Tao and he was born in a remote mountain village in southern Hunan. From the beginning of literacy, he has formed an indissoluble bond with pen and ink. Under the guidance of his father who loved calligraphy, he developed his initial interest in calligraphy from Yan and Liu. However, Tao's truly selfless pursuit of calligraphy art began at the age of twelve, when he was a junior one student. At that time, the school opened a calligraphy teaching class for the first grade, and the calligraphy class every Friday afternoon became the "golden moment" for him to practice calligraphy. Because of his high understanding of calligraphy, he was praised by teachers, and his calligraphy books were often circulated in the whole class as models, which greatly stimulated his enthusiasm for practicing calligraphy. In the six years from junior high school to high school graduation, he almost immersed himself in Four Treasures of the Study in his spare time; On holidays, he works harder, often working for four or five hours at a time, even all night. Sometimes he will unconsciously fall asleep at his desk, but after waking up, he will continue to practice hard. In order to draw artistic nutrition from famous calligraphy posts of past dynasties and broaden artistic horizons, Tao used all the pocket money his parents gave him to buy a large number of copybooks and calligraphy monographs. During this period, he worked hard everywhere, participated in calligraphy exhibitions, watched calligraphers' live performances, paid attention to plaques, slogans and couplets on the street, visited the forest of steles, and constantly pondered and understood, which made his calligraphy level make great progress.
