I. Nature and Task The Student Union is the student's own mass organization and the bridge and link between the school and the students. Under the guidance of the leadership of the General Party Branch and the Youth League Committee of the school, the student union closely focuses on the central work of the school, takes serving students and promoting the all-round development of all students as its working purpose, and actively creates a good style of study and school spirit, voluntary service and social welfare by carrying out activities that are beneficial to students' physical and mental health, so as to guide the whole school students to continuously improve their ideological consciousness, firmly grasp the knowledge of various subjects, and strive to achieve noble morality, elegant taste and extensive knowledge. All students must consciously accept the leadership, supervision and inspection of the student union and actively support the work of the student union. 2. The student union of the established school is led by the presidium, including a chairman and three vice-chairmen. The presidium consists of eight functional departments, including office, learning department, practice department, propaganda department, discipline inspection department, life department, sports department and literature and art department. Each functional department has a minister, a deputy minister and several officials. The discipline inspection department and the living department set up a daily inspection team to be responsible for the daily inspection of the whole school. (2) Learning Department: Improve students' learning awareness, create a campus learning atmosphere, and carry out various activities that students like. Understand and feedback the opinions and demands of students in their studies, build a bridge between teachers and students, promote exchanges between teachers and students, and help teachers explore the new direction of teaching reform in our department. 1 Carry out various activities such as creation contest, debate contest, speech contest, calligraphy and painting contest and knowledge contest to improve students' comprehensive quality and ability. Invite schools or hold various special lectures or reports related to learning to broaden students' academic horizons. Organize various experience exchange activities, such as reading activities, learning exchanges between new and old students, and exchange of ideas. Contact the study committee members of each class, deeply understand and investigate the students' learning trends and opinions in a certain period, and report to the relevant departments of the school in time to promote the exchange and development of teaching and learning. 5. Be responsible for the guidance and construction of various community organizations in the school. (3) Practice Department: with the aim of serving students and society, vigorously carry out community assistance activities such as respecting the elderly and helping the disabled, voluntary tutoring and young volunteers, enhance students' awareness of caring for society and serving others, and promote the development of spiritual civilization construction in schools or communities. 1 Organize students to participate in various practical activities of self-reliance and be responsible for the contact between students and social practice outside school. Organize and supervise various activities, ensure service quality, make records, summarize and file. Keep in touch with the community, learn from others' experience and institutionalize activities. Responsible for organizing all students' social practice activities in winter and summer vacations, evaluating outstanding social practice papers and commending them in time. (4) Propaganda Department: The central task is to publicize the work and activities of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union in various periods, grasp the pulse of the times according to the party's educational policy, and publicize advanced ideas and deeds to students in a timely manner. 1 Assist the Youth League Committee and the Student Union to publicize various activities, including making posters, slogans and banners. Responsible for the pre-planning of major activities of the student union and the whole publicity activities. Comply with the situation and carry out various activities to beautify the campus and improve ideological consciousness, such as calligraphy and painting competition, campus science, technology, culture and art festival, etc. 5. Guide the propaganda committee members of each class to carry out their work, and organize each class to carry out the inspection and appraisal of blackboard newspapers and class magazines. (5) Discipline inspection department: publicize the norms and systems of the school to guide students to cultivate good study and living habits, organize and check the behaviors of the whole school students, and report various behaviors. 1 Responsible for checking the wearing of school badges by all students and assisting the school in daily discipline and assembly discipline. Guide the life committee members of each class to carry out their work and help manage the dining order in the restaurant. Check and inform the whole school of the care of public property in time. (7) Sports Department: focusing on strengthening students' physique and promoting sports, actively organizing various sports competitions and assisting the Youth League Committee and the Students' Union to carry out various sports activities. 1 Organize various school sports competitions, such as grade basketball league, football league, school basketball match, football match and other sports events. (8) Ministry of Literature and Art: Organize various healthy mass entertainment activities, hold various art lectures and performances, help students to entertain themselves physically and mentally, cultivate their sentiments, create a space for students to exercise their cultural and entertainment talents, and enrich campus culture. 1 plan and organize large-scale cultural performances and competitions in the school. Understand the opinions and requirements of the majority of students on the work of this department, and make timely improvements. Deputy minister: responsible to the minister. The duty is to cooperate with the minister. Seriously do all the work arranged by the minister. Put forward suggestions on the work of this department. Officer: Responsible to the minister and deputy minister. The main responsibility is to obey all work arrangements and complete all work tasks in detail.
