Everyone comes from the public security, public health, industry and information technology departments. One after another, flag disease control personnel who had finished the night shift and were notified came to work overtime. They threw themselves into the tense and tedious work as soon as they entered the door. From beginning to end, I didn't hear any resentment from them. Team leader Zhao’s student is one of them. She told me that since the epidemic, staying up late and working overtime has been common. It would be a lie to say that she is not tired, but the work requires it, and no one has any complaints.

After much trouble, the staff finally contacted the taxi driver of the close contact, and the sub-close contacts in the same car also surfaced one by one. When everyone gathers again, we need to carry out investigation, analysis, and judgment, and fully and efficiently assist the work of the CDC.

Only Team Leader Zhao and I are born in the 1960s. At around four o'clock in the morning, Team Leader Zhang said to me while he was busy: "Sister Peng, why don't you go and have a rest?" I said, it's okay, I can endure it. Everyone is working overtime and I won’t take a break.

This was my first time on duty and I witnessed with my own eyes the hard work of the public security and disease control personnel, and I was filled with deep respect. Behind the scenes, they work all night to trace the source and investigate hidden dangers.

The day before International Women’s Day is the day when our third team of the draft team prepares for work. The mood of waiting for departure is both tense and peaceful. The night was already dark, so I turned the ringtone on my phone to the maximum setting and put it next to my pillow, listening to the ticking of the alarm clock all night long. Although there was no news of departure, the tense nerves did not relax for a moment.

After dawn, we learned that Team Leader Zhao and Guo Qian had rushed to Wen Town on the afternoon of the 7th. Team Leader Zhang and members of the Public Security Bureau also arrived in Wen Town before the early morning of the 8th. Telephone calls, on-site flow investigation and on-site sampling, arranging, querying, retrieval of data and monitoring information, public security and disease control departments work together to carry out the tracing work non-stop.
