During the review period, the Provincial Department of Justice registered and studied more than 465,438 people and 1000 opinions and suggestions from 19 units. Recently, this regulation (draft) has been deliberated and adopted at the 27th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth Provincial People's Congress.

The "Regulations (Draft)" points out that electric bicycles can only be driven on the road after being registered by the traffic management department of the public security organs of the people's governments of cities, counties and autonomous counties, and the sales of licensed electric bicycles are encouraged.

Registration is free, and the owner of the electric bicycle shall apply for registration to the traffic management department of the public security organ of the people's government of the city, county or autonomous county within 15 days from the date of purchase, and obtain the license plate and driving license of the electric bicycle.
