1. People who live in local areas should take the initiative to report to the community, hotel and unit, conduct nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days as required, continue to conduct self-health monitoring for 7 days, and take personal protection when going out. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, hyposmia, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms occur, please report it immediately and go to the fever clinic to explain the epidemiological history in detail.

2. People from counties where medium and high-risk areas are located are temporarily suspended from coming to the aid. Those who really need to come to Jiji will undergo 7 days of centralized quarantine and 7 days of home health monitoring after arrival. Persons who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement are required to implement health management until 14 days after arrival, and undergo two nucleic acid tests within the first 3 days of follow-up. After returning home, they should not go out or gather unless necessary.

3. Personnel from other counties in the cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located are not allowed to come to the aid unless necessary. Those who really need to come to Jilin must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and undergo a nucleic acid test upon arrival. Personnel who have arrived in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days before the announcement is required to undergo two nucleic acid tests.

4. Personnel in high-risk positions such as service support personnel, isolation sites, designated hospitals, fever clinics, and cold chain-related enterprises in airports and port areas who have direct contact with inbound personnel or goods should try to avoid coming to the rescue to ensure that Those who need to enter the economy must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the destination community 3 days in advance. 5. Persons with a history of traveling to land border port cities in the past 14 days are required to present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and undergo a nucleic acid test upon arrival.

6. Persons with recent travel history should pay close attention to the information on the circulation trajectory of cases and asymptomatic infections and the information on medium- and high-risk areas published in the epidemic areas. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people whose activities overlap in time and space with positive infected persons, people who have been to or passed through medium- and high-risk areas, and people who accompany them at the same time and space must immediately report to the community, hotel and unit, and cooperate with the implementation of isolation medical observation .

7. Strictly restrict travel to medium- and high-risk areas and counties, and do not travel to other counties in cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located unless necessary; personnel in high-risk positions should avoid traveling as much as possible, and those who really need to travel They must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report it to their unit; fever patients, people with "yellow code" health codes and other personnel must fulfill their personal protection responsibilities and actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid testing. Do not travel until the risk of infection is eliminated.

8. It is recommended to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and take personal protection during the journey.

9. Strictly implement personal protection measures such as "wearing masks, washing hands frequently, measuring temperature frequently, and avoiding gatherings" and develop good personal hygiene habits.
