It refers to a purposeful, organized and planned in-depth practice and society, and a summary of the completed social practice activities. Report. The following is an ideological, political and social practice report compiled by No. Welcome to read!

A report on ideological and political social practice

This sudden epidemic has made 1.4 billion people across the country feel the ruthlessness of the virus, but at the same time, they have also seen the whole country working together as one, * The touching scenes of the Communist Party of China fighting against the "epidemic" also saw the dedication of Communist Party members in the front and individuals behind in the face of national and national crises.

This battle is a battle for the entire nation and a test for all aspects of society, and is by no means a simple public health incident. From the outbreak to the seriousness of the epidemic, from understanding the epidemic to rescuing and isolating patients, from nationwide support for Wuhan to masks and price gouging, from reporting good news but not bad news to flying public opinion, this battle has brought me understanding of all aspects of society. difficulties and challenges, and also recognize the importance of public opinion. Many people are not aware of the many challenges in administrative and social governance of a country of such a large scale, nor have they seen that CCTV has recently taken the lead in order to prevent certain rumors with ulterior motives. Over-interpretation, we started to pilot live broadcasts in multiple cities, and live broadcasted the construction process of Xiaotangshan model hospital in Wuhan, so that news and facts can be presented to the audience and rumors can be avoided. Of course, many recent events require us to reflect on our understanding. We need to realize that our country’s administrative capabilities still have problems that need to be solved in many aspects. We need to conduct in-depth investigations and learn lessons after the epidemic is over. But the current top priority is It is about uniting the top and bottom to fight the epidemic together.

Part 2 Ideological and Political Social Practice Report

With the increasing development of China's economy and the improvement of transportation conditions, the flow of migrant workers has become increasingly frequent. Because relatively well-paid jobs can be found in cities, many people who originally lived in rural areas came to cities to look for jobs to improve their lives. What are the living conditions and working environment of these migrant workers? In order to truly understand the working environment of migrant workers, this survey was launched. This survey focused on small factories and self-employed individuals in the suburbs of Hangzhou, and went deep into the lives of migrant workers to seek relevant information.

1. Overview

According to the requirements of the implementation details of the practical teaching link of ideological and political theory courses in our school, the extra-curricular social practice of ideological and political theory courses will be launched this summer. In order to complete the task of this summer practical teaching session in our school, this survey was launched. This survey mainly took the form of on-site visits, internships and interviews, with migrant workers working in small factories and self-employed households in the suburbs of Hangzhou as the subjects of the survey, in order to truly understand the working environment of these migrant workers. Through on-site visits and interviews, we basically understood the current working environment of migrant workers in the area investigated, as well as some outstanding problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. I also gained a lot from this investigation.

2. Development of activities

The working environment not only includes the ecological environment where workers work, but also includes interpersonal relationships at work, accommodation and food environment, and living conditions after work. (Spiritual and civilized life) and many other various surrounding environments that are closely related to workers’ work.

A good living environment can make people happy at work and healthy physically and mentally. It is very helpful to improve work efficiency and enrich spiritual life. It can be said that having a good working environment can often get twice the result with half the effort. It can be seen that a good working environment is extremely important.

In order to better understand the working environment of migrant workers, so as to better improve the working environment of migrant workers, we took this summer practice survey as an opportunity to conduct a survey on Hangzhou City. A survey on the working environment of migrant workers in East China.

The terrain in the eastern suburbs of Hangzhou is complex, with criss-crossing streets and numerous types and numbers of factories. The situation is very unfavorable for individuals to visit and investigate one by one.

So I classified the factories and mainly visited and interviewed factories and workers engaged in light industrial processing and logistics transportation. Regarding the large number of factories, I adopted a random selection method. For the same type of factories in the same location, I only randomly selected a few for visit and investigation. Due to the number of people required for this practice (no more than two people) and funding constraints, this social practice cannot be carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey.

After determining the location and method of the investigation, the next step is the on-site inspection.

I first came to some small clothing processing factories, logistics companies and some accessories processing factories in Wubao, Hangzhou. After explaining the purpose of my visit, most of the factory managers agreed to my interview with their company's workers. Then I visited and inspected the logistics companies in Qibao and Jiubao, the fabric and Luokou processing plants, and some small shops and breakfast shops run by local outsiders.

In order to facilitate statistics, the questions I asked during the interview were relatively concentrated, mainly including the following questions: 1. Are you satisfied with your working environment? 2. What areas are you dissatisfied with? 3. Do you want your working environment to be better? What aspects can be improved? 4 How to improve?

Most of the workers gave detailed answers to the questions I raised. Through conversations with them, I also gained a detailed understanding of the current working environment of these workers.

In addition, I also conducted observations around these inspection sites. The local ecological environment and recreational facilities were inspected. The ecology around different locations is quite different, and the entertainment facilities and entertainment life are also somewhat different. This also affected the responses migrant workers gave to my questions during the interviews.

Through this investigation, I*** visited more than 20 factories and companies of various types in the east of Hangzhou, held conversations with migrant workers of different ages and genders, and recorded some interviews result. With the available time, energy and funds, I visited as many factories and self-employed businesses as possible. Therefore, the results obtained from the survey are also the most accurate under current conditions.

3. Statistics and analysis of results

The results obtained through field surveys and interviews are relatively scattered. I conducted statistics and analysis on these results. The people interviewed were mainly classified in terms of age, and then the responses obtained from people of different age groups were summarized and counted.

Through the investigation, it was found that most migrant workers work very long hours every day and basically have no holidays, so the workers’ post-work life is extremely scarce. On-site visits revealed that the ecological environment where migrant workers work is not very good, and natural rivers are severely polluted, mainly caused by factory sewage and domestic sewage discharge.

After analyzing the results of the interviews, it was concluded that only about 30 people are satisfied with their working environment. About 70% of workers aged 20 to 30 feel that working hours are too long, about 40% of workers aged 40 to 50 feel that working hours are too long, and only about 20% of workers aged 30 to 40 feel that working hours are too long. long.

In terms of spiritual life, about 70% of workers in their 20s and 30s feel that they lack spiritual life, about 14% of workers in their 30s and 40s feel that they lack spiritual life, and 15% of workers in their 40s and 50s feel that they lack spiritual life. I feel that my spiritual life is lacking.

In terms of sanitary environment, about 20% of migrant workers feel that the environment at their workplace is poor, and about 70% of migrant workers feel that the sanitary environment at their workplace is similar to that of their rural hometown, except that it is not Up to 10% of migrant workers feel that the environment at their workplace is better than that in their rural hometown.

In terms of food and accommodation, around 30 people feel that food conditions need to be improved. People around 40 feel that the accommodation needs to be improved.

In terms of entertainment facilities, most people express no concern.

In terms of improving the working environment, most people think that working hours should be shortened and rest days should be established, followed by improving food and accommodation conditions.

Regarding mental life and health conditions, few people felt that they needed improvement, and everyone said they could tolerate it.

No one has given a clear plan on how to improve it. Everyone said that if you pursue high benefits, it will be difficult to find a job with high salary, and shortening working hours will inevitably reduce your work remuneration. Regarding lowering wages in exchange for a good working environment, everyone said that they would rather have a bad working environment than look for a job with relatively high wages, because their original intention of looking for a job in the city was to find a high-paying job to subsidize family expenses.

During the visit, I also found that the migrant workers I saw were quite busy. Most of them talked to me while they were working. They were all working hard to make a living.

Through statistical results and visits, it is not difficult to find that the environment for migrant workers who come to Hangzhou to work is not very good. Most migrant workers do not care much about their working environment. Compared with a good job, environment, higher remuneration will be more attractive to migrant workers. The survey also found that the working environment in large factories is generally better than that in small factories, but workers in small factories receive higher wages and greater wage fluctuations.

IV. The significance and summary of the activity

Through this winter time survey activity, I gained a lot.

This is my first time to participate in this kind of practical investigation. Practice is a very meaningful thing. In practice, you can learn knowledge that is not in books and increase your social practice ability. We must test the knowledge we have learned in practice, although sometimes we think that the knowledge in books is There is no use at all, but having knowledge means having the ability to learn. Therefore, I think the purpose of practice is not to pass the exam, but to acquire knowledge. In other words, studying in school is to be able to adapt to society. Need, through learning to ensure that you can complete your future work and contribute to society.

In this practice, I not only learned some factory management models during on-site visits, but also exercised how to communicate with different people in my interactions with workers. Communicating with people is an important skill. Whether in school or in future work, being able to communicate better with others is a key to success. During this practice, I also exercised my will and courage, which gave me the determination to work hard to do everything well. In short, in this practice, I learned a lot of things that are not in books. I believe these things will be very helpful for my future study, life and work.

The most important thing about this practice is to let me know the current basic working environment of migrant workers. This is also the purpose of this practice. Seeing the migrant workers working hard in such an environment, I have no reason to let myself slack off. Now that we have such a good learning environment, shouldn’t we study harder?

Of course, this is This practical activity still has shortcomings. Due to limited conditions, I cannot expand the scope of my investigation. I cannot go to more areas, more companies, and investigate more migrant workers. Due to the small scope of the survey and the small number of people interviewed, the data obtained from the survey and the results analyzed cannot accurately represent the current problems, nor can they represent the current working environment of all migrant workers in Hangzhou. However, , these conclusions can, to a certain extent, reflect the basic conditions of the working environment of migrant workers in the areas I investigated and their feelings about their working environment. Therefore, the survey results also have certain reference value.

For this practical investigation, I think there can be some improvements. You can expand the group size limit, give each group a fixed topic and funding, and send an instructor to assist with guidance. A larger group size can expand the scope of our investigation, and using questionnaires can draw conclusions more intuitively and make analysis easier. This goes a long way to improving the accuracy of practical surveys. The instructor can give us a lot of help in details for those of us who are doing such a practical investigation for the first time.

In any case, this social practice activity still made me gain a lot. It also made me aware of many of my own shortcomings and gave me the goal of self-improvement.

Practice report text: Investigation and research on the living conditions of the people in Xiaolou Village, Pizhou City

In the summer vacation of xx, I entered Huaiyin Institute of Technology. After I came to school, I did not work as a tutor or other part-time job, so my social experience was definitely not as good as other students. In the summer vacation of my sophomore year in XX, the social practice of "Ideological and Political Courses" forced me to carry out social practice. This is a compulsory practical course for college students, so after discussing with friends in the village, we conducted a survey and research on the current living conditions of the people in Xiaolou Village, Pizhou City. Doing this survey not only exercised tacit understanding and cooperation among friends, but also increased our understanding of the current lives of rural people and enriched our own social practice experience. This summer vacation is fulfilling.

We live in rural areas and have a relatively good understanding of rural conditions. This is the reason why we chose this topic. Because I rarely go home since I went to college, this time I went back and found that our small village had changed. In fact, it’s not just our Xiaolou Village that has changed, our town has also changed. Because of the characteristics of our town: the hometown of dry cooking. Based on the changes we found after visiting the whole village, we decided on several questions to investigate. These questions can fully reflect what rural life is like.

(1) The main road in the village has been built from stone road to cement road. On August 1, 20xx, we went to the village branch to investigate the source of road construction funds. It turned out that the bottom line was 300 yuan per household. On this basis, we could make arbitrary donations and the rest would be subsidized by the government. So we randomly went to several neighbors' homes to investigate the amount of donations. The high was 1,000 yuan and the low was 50 or 100 yuan. This reflects that there is still a gap between the rich and the poor in rural areas. As the saying goes, if you want to get rich, you must first build roads. After the roads were built, there were indeed many more cars and trucks in the village.

(2) Every household has a unified toilet. Although the original countryside was surrounded by greenery, with birds singing and flowers fragrant. But there are toilets of one kind or another everywhere. This is a bad phenomenon in rural areas, because from time to time there will be a smell. Now, the government subsidizes and each family contributes to build more suitable toilets for each family. On August 2, 20xx, we investigated how satisfied the villagers were with this government policy. Except for a few villagers who have been away all year round, all others expressed their affirmation!

(3) Factory construction began in the open space on the edge of the village. Since our town is the hometown of dry frying, there is a saying: With one shovel and one pot, melon seeds can be fried all over China. Therefore, all the young people in the village are running away, and most of the villagers are old and young, so left-behind children are also a big problem. We will not investigate the problem of left-behind children here. On August 4, 20xx, we found the factory director through our parents and investigated the factory construction arrangements. This is a successful person who returned to his hometown after traveling abroad. After seeing the advantages of his village, he decided to return to his hometown to take care of himself. After building the site, we decided to continue dry-frying, and this time we would do it in the village, where the farmers were the workers. The factory director asked us to continue to investigate the number of people in the village who are willing to work in the village and the satisfactory wages. We also provided a questionnaire, and we went together to distribute it to the villagers for the survey. Perhaps the villagers didn't believe that making money in the village still had their own stalls, but only 30% of the villagers accepted it. The requirement is basically 50 yuan per day and one lunch. This may be due to the simplicity of rural areas, which never talk about basic salary bonuses. I believe this factory can be run!

(4) The government has implemented subsidies for farmers to farm land. I took a two-day break from August 6th to 7th, 2016 to sort out information. I went online to check out the government’s rural policies and decided to investigate the status of land subsidies for farmers.

On the 8th, we inquired with the sixth and seventh groups of farmers in our village. The government subsidies were distributed per mu, with no arrears, and our family also reaped a harvest. Although trees have been planted, they have been carefully cultivated after all! Some villagers said that they were very grateful even if they didn't need any money, and even gave them money to cover an additional two acres next year. This year I earned 50,000 to 60,000 yuan just from growing garlic, which is better than working outside!

(5) Finally, we also want to know about a problem in rural areas, the issue of family planning. Because the villagers generally won't tell us about this problem, they can only ask their close relatives. Rural women are still very good at chatting. We learned that although the state enforces family planning strategies and advocates late marriage, late childbearing, fewer children and eugenics, and other ideal reproductive strategies, we found that there are still very few that are actually implemented. We found that the old mentality of favoring boys over girls still exists in rural areas, and there are still many families who want to have a boy. Moreover, rural families still want one boy and one girl to be the most beautiful.

On August 12, XX, the 12-day summer practice ended. The short-term social practice passed in the blink of an eye. During this period, I learned a lot from it, and these things will benefit me throughout my life. Although our survey is ordinary, it can reflect the current living conditions in rural areas. Policies are issued by the state and must be implemented by the people below. Therefore, whether the rural areas are done well or not has a lot to do with rural leading cadres, and leading cadres must be selected well. Some towns are engaged in building houses, and all the farmers in the village form masons, and drivers and others go to other villages to build houses. Some villages are engaged in lumber, and their lumber is sold nationwide. It is time for our villages to develop the characteristics of dry frying. Every industry and trade can make money after forming its own profession. Each town has its own characteristics. Just make sure the characteristics are good. Otherwise, the whole village will not be uniformly wealthy. Although the overall cultural level in rural areas is not high, rural parents hope that their children will get a higher education than urban parents, otherwise they would not work hard outside day and night. Therefore, the cultural level of rural areas will continue to improve. Every time I come home, my parents will ask me how it went, they will say it is too hot to go early and come back early, and they will ask me how long it will take to finish. It is really useful for the school to let us practice in society, and we will benefit a lot from it. Social practice has taught me that making money is really not easy, and I also understand how hard work is and I will never waste it again. Social practice has shortened the distance between me and society, and it has also broadened my horizons and increased my talents in social practice. Society, like universities, is also a place for learning and education. In that vast world, we have laid a more solid foundation for more intense competition in the future.

Part 4 Ideological and Political Social Practice Report

1. Purpose of Practice

Practice allows me to move towards the application of science and technology and get out of the classroom. At present, what we lack mainly is not knowledge, but the ability to combine knowledge with practice. What we learn in class is not the same as what we encounter in practice. It often has non-obvious characteristics, which requires us to make abstract generalizations to solve various problems. Therefore, during college, I feel that having more contact with society, understanding more about your own environment, and understanding more about the various problems you will face will be very beneficial to your future development and further study.

2. Practice method

Adopt "small team style" social practice, with 15 team members

3. Practice content

(1) Adopted blackboard newspapers, radio, text messages, Internet and other forms of legal publicity and safety publicity

We used blackboard newspapers in Hongcun and Suoyuan to introduce relevant marriage laws to local villagers , property inheritance and other legal knowledge closely related to real life, as well as poems about peace. At the same time, we summarized the propaganda slogan: Peace in the heart, popularization of the law in practice. In addition, we used the villagers' mailbox on the Internet to write a letter to the villagers of Lipu Town to popularize law and safety, and achieved good results. The Three Character Classic of Legal Knowledge was also promoted on the radio, which was well received by local villagers.

(2) We came to the kindergarten to preach safety knowledge to the children

During the practice, we also noticed that children are a relatively vulnerable group and thought it was necessary to It provides education on safety knowledge. So we contacted a local kindergarten to teach the children. We taught them how to recognize traffic signs, quizzes, and held a simple children's song recitation competition. Not only did they learn knowledge, but we also experienced what it feels like to be a teacher. Professional theoretical knowledge is better integrated with practice. This is also a rare experience.

(3) Cooperate with the district political and legal committee and other departments to conduct questionnaire surveys

Because our Zhejiang Province is carrying out the "Safe Zhejiang" creation activity this year, Jindong District has also carried out specific implementation. Now that the activity is almost underway, it is necessary to conduct a mass satisfaction survey to find out the existing problems and deficiencies, so as to make better improvements. This happened to be consistent with the safety propaganda of our practice team, and our college students also had such experience, so we used a day to conduct a questionnaire survey in Lipu Town.

(4) Hold legal knowledge lantern riddle activities

Legal regulations are boring and boring. In order to increase the interest of villagers and make them take the initiative and better understand legal knowledge, we have specially prepared Legal knowledge lantern riddle activity. We found some topics from professional books, wrote them on cardboard, tied them with beautiful ribbons, and tied them on a red rope. They were very beautiful. The villagers were also very enthusiastic that day, competing to answer questions and receiving a small gift. An old man said that this kind of activity should be held frequently and the format was very good. This gave us great encouragement.

(5) Conduct a mobile moot court performance

We conducted a moot court performance for government staff, village officials and village representatives. We carefully prepared a civil court and a criminal court, both of which are cases that often occur in life. Later, the mayor said that our performance was of great practical significance. Now is a legal society, and villagers should know to solve problems through legal means.

(6) Conduct a survey on publicity models

Because we conducted a public satisfaction survey a few days ago and found that the public generally reported that publicity was not adequate. Therefore, we feel that it is necessary to conduct an investigation of the new rural publicity model to discover existing problems and make suggestions to find a feasible and scientific publicity model.

IV. Practical experience

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." These 10 days of short but fulfilling practice, I think, have played a role in bridging me to the society. , The role of transition is an important experience in life and an important step, which will also be of great help to getting into the workplace in the future.

Some basic principles of life, such as humbly asking for advice from others, observing organizational disciplines and communicating civilly with others, must be carefully implemented in real life, and good habits must be continuously cultivated in real life. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teachings of seniors and leaders. This is a valuable asset in my life. This practice also gave me a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining good relationships with colleagues at work. To do things, you must first learn to be a human being and understand the principles of being a human being. How to get along with others is one of the most basic issues of being a human being in modern society. For a person like me who is about to enter the society, there are many things to learn. They are the best teachers. As the saying goes, "when three people walk together, there must be my teacher." I can learn a lot of knowledge and principles from them.

The university is a holy place to educate me, train me, and hone me. I feel honored to be able to live here. Practice is a way for students to contact society, understand society, serve society, and use the knowledge they have learned to practice themselves. Do it yourself, rather than behind closed doors. A leap from theory to practice and then to theory has been achieved. Enhanced the ability to understand problems, analyze problems, and solve problems. It has laid a good foundation for understanding society, understanding society, and entering society. After experiencing practice, I found that my professional knowledge is still lacking and my comprehensive ability needs to be improved. The cultivation of communication skills, expression skills, writing skills, etc. is very important.

At the same time, you need to arm yourself with knowledge in future studies, enrich yourself with books, and lay a stronger foundation for serving the society in the future!

After 10 days of practice, I feel that I have grown up a lot, and finally understand The campus is actually very small. Although it covers an area of ??more than a thousand acres, it is only a small part of society and only an institution that guides people. In school, what we learn is theory and moral culture. But when we step out of school and enter society, we learn about quality and ability, and what we learn about temperament and connotation. But the two are still connected, and they serve both. It is to successfully enter the fierce social competition, and all you want is to stand out. Therefore, from now on, I should continue to enrich my ideological culture, improve my own quality and cultivation, and I should continue to enhance my practical abilities in all aspects to adapt to the fiercely competitive society.
