1. The agricultural and rural legal and regulatory system has been gradually improved. Promote the formulation, revision and promulgation of the Biosecurity Law, Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Crop Diseases and Pests, and Implementation Rules of the Fisheries Law, etc. The Rural Revitalization Promotion Law, the Yangtze River Protection Law, the Wildlife Protection Law, and the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law are submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation, and the Food Security Law, Agricultural Products Quality Law, etc. Important progress has been made in the formulation and revision of laws such as the Safety Law and Fisheries Law.
