If you have entered the station or timed out, please show your E-pass card to the staff in the ticket booth for analysis and update;

3: Entering the station

When entering the station, you should bring your E-pass card or blue plastic coins. Place the E-pass card or ticket at the sensor of the entry gate to sense the entry. Please keep it after entering the station. Tickets to prevent loss.

4: Go to the platform

Before going to the platform, you should determine the direction of the line you want to take at the station hall level, and then take the escalator or take the stairs to the platform level to wait for the train.

(3) If the ticket is lost or you cannot leave the gate after putting it in, you must make a replacement ticket according to the highest fare on the entire BRT network. The reason for not being able to exit the gate may be "over-travel", "timeout" (there is a 3-hour time limit), "not entering the station" (that is, the card was not swiped correctly when entering the station and another passenger's was used), or "expired ticket". Take out the ticket from the coin drop slot and show it to the staff in the ticket booth for analysis or replacement.
