Brief introduction of Malipo Laoshan Malipo Martyrs Cemetery

Laoshan was not famous in the past. Laoshan is located on the Sino-Vietnamese border in the south of Yunnan Province in the southwest of China, and is closely connected with the north of Vietnam. Laoshan Mountain belongs to China in Malipo. 1979- 1989, China and China became enemies there 10 years ago, which turned the mountain peaks and jungles here into world-famous places of violence and death, eternal pain in the hearts of the Vietnamese people, and even a heroic shrine in the hearts of a generation of Vietnamese people. More than 20 years have passed, and now, I have not forgotten it. Now, the main peak of Laoshan Mountain has been carefully arranged and repaired. Many places with the fiercest fighting have become a beautiful small park, and many inscriptions and sculptures are always commemorating the people who died for it.

A Little Square was built under the main peak of Laoshan Mountain, and a tall statue stood at the entrance of the square. Its prototype is Zhang Daquan, one of the 3,000 China soldiers who died or were injured to recover and defend Laoshan Mountain. In the fierce battle of 19 and retaking the main peak of Laoshan on April 28th, 1984, the Vietnamese army built numerous trenches, short holes, hidden castles and tunnels on the main peak, with strong defensive firepower. However, on the road of China's heroic and tenacious attack, "there are no insurmountable difficulties and no impregnable positions". Zhang Daquan, the deputy company commander of a certain unit, was wounded three times in commanding the battle. "His intestines have been punched out, but he still insists on fighting." . After many repetitions, the People's Liberation Army finally occupied the main peak of the old mountain, but Zhang Daquan fell on the old mountain forever.
