I am a student at No. 15 Primary School in Nanyang City. Today, I write this letter to you with reverence. Please take time out of your busy schedule to read my letter. Regarding the construction of Nanyang, I have a few suggestions that I hope you can adopt.

Now, the environment of Nanyang City has been protected, and Nanyang has indeed become beautiful. However, have you found that while the environment is being protected, some people's environmental awareness has been greatly reduced. Some citizens even think: What’s the big deal about littering? There are cleaners anyway. In this regard, I suggest that while vigorously mobilizing personnel to manage the environment, you can also publicize the importance of environmental protection and improve citizens' environmental awareness.

When protecting the environment and raising citizens’ environmental awareness, traffic safety cannot be ignored.

In Nanyang, due to the lack of traffic safety knowledge, car accidents and man-made accidents result in tens of thousands of deaths every year. So I suggest that we can vigorously promote traffic safety knowledge, popularize the "Traffic Safety Law", and improve citizens' traffic safety awareness through various channels? At the same time, we also need to improve transportation facilities, otherwise this will be a huge hidden danger. Take traffic lights as an example. Many traffic arteries lack traffic lights. For example, at the intersection of Baihe Avenue, there is a large amount of traffic and it is an important road. However, there are no traffic lights installed at this intersection, so it has become a high-incidence area for traffic accidents. Therefore, I wonder if the transportation facilities in Nanyang City can be improved as soon as possible and the police can be dispatched to major traffic arteries to prohibit people's unsafe activities.

In addition, there is a slight shortcoming in public security, which is the problem of black Internet cafes. Now, Internet cafes have extended their black hands to teenagers, seriously endangering their physical and mental health. Many teenagers have fallen into adversity and cannot extricate themselves because of entering Internet cafes. So I suggest you: crack down hard on black Internet cafes, prohibit minors from entering Internet cafes, and filter the cyberspace.

There is another point that consumers are most concerned about - safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. In the market of Nanyang City, many fake and shoddy products are "pretending" under the guise of famous brands. Therefore, I suggest: strengthen the crackdown and ban "three noes" products from entering the market.

These are my suggestions from four aspects: environmental protection, transportation, public security, and rights protection. I hope you can adopt them.
