1. Purpose and significance

Geological disasters are sudden and unpredictable. In recent years, many geological disasters and hidden danger spots have occurred in our county during the flood season, and it is one of the hardest-hit areas by geological disasters in the province. There are more than 40 geological disaster hazard spots in the county, involving 33 villages in nine townships, Shegeng, Meigang, Huangbu, Yangbu, Shikou, Yuchihu, Heheling, Fenggang and Limei Forestry. committee. Job responsibilities: Responsible for all logistical support during the exercise, erection of water supply and power supply (power line) pipelines at the exercise site; complete other tasks assigned by the emergency exercise leading group.

3. Drill content, specific number of participating units and relevant requirements

(1) Drill content

(1) Disaster scenario scenario. The surrounding area of ??Shikou Town in Yugan County suffered from continuous heavy rainfall. The mountains located near the lakeside and Dongwan Village of the township experienced heavy rainfall, loose soil and other factors. Induced by factors such as heavy rainfall and loose soil, deformation developed intensified and gradually collapsed. After receiving the report, the county people's government immediately entered into the emergency and disaster relief preparation process. After receiving the support report from the township and experts' suggestions for initiating the county-level emergency plan, it decisively decided to activate the "Yugan County Sudden Geological Disaster Emergency Plan". Relevant departments performed their duties and rushed to the disaster site in the shortest possible time, organized the evacuation of people in the disaster area, rescued and resettled trapped people, and provided rescue services to the injured.

(2) Exercise content. After simulating the occurrence of a sudden geological disaster, in accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Sudden Geological Disasters in Yugan County", we will organize and mobilize quickly, implement emergency and orderly rescue, and arrange the lives of the people after the disaster. The three main processes include all emergency procedures. (3) Professional teams of participating units, number of people, and items to be prepared before the exercise

(1) 60 people from the County People’s Armed Forces Department, Reserve Force and Militia Emergency Team. Responsible for preparing 3 detonators, 2 ohmmeters, camouflage uniforms required by other participating units, pickaxes, shovels, steel drills and other equipment.

(2) Armed police squadron of 10 people. Prepare rescue tools such as picks, shovels, and steel drills that each person needs.

(3) 5 fire fighters and armed police officers. Responsible for the preparation of fire-fighting vehicles, fire-fighting equipment, gas masks, life detectors, altitude rescue and other equipment.

(4) 30 people from public security and traffic police.

Responsible for the preparation of public security and traffic control warning signs, three search and rescue dogs, and assisting the Bureau of Land and Resources in purchasing relevant explosive equipment.

(5) 50 people in the County Land and Resources Bureau. Responsible for the preparation of promotional materials, slogans, and geological disaster monitoring equipment, purchasing 10 boxes of explosives, 100 electric detonators, 8 gongs, and flag alignment for each emergency unit.

(6) County Health Bureau 10 people. Responsible for preparing two 120 emergency vehicles as well as first aid equipment, health and epidemic prevention and disinfection, and conducting exercises to examine and treat victims' injuries and illnesses.

(7) 10 people from the County Transportation Administration Bureau. Prepare at least 2 vehicles with traffic signs.

(8) 10 people from the County Civil Affairs Bureau. Responsible for the preparation of disaster relief, condolence supplies, and more than 10 tents, and responsible for filling in forms and cards related to the resettlement of victims.

(9) 20 people in Shikou Town. Responsible for organizing publicity and mass mobilization before the drill, as well as cashing in and coordinating site green crop compensation.

(10) 4 people from the County Construction Bureau. Responsible for organizing and directing the leveling of the drill site and the construction of the observation platform, and responsible for preparing 2 bulldozers and 2 excavators to participate in the drill;

(11) 3 people from the County Education Bureau. Responsible for the organization and mobilization of 50 participating students.

(12) Three people from the county telecommunications company. Responsible for preparing 10 telephones and ensuring on-site communication.

(13) 2 people from the County Meteorological Bureau, 2 people from the County Mobile Company, 10 people from the Power Supply Branch, 3 people from the Water Company, 4 people from the County Water Conservancy Bureau, 3 people from the County Safety Supervision Bureau, and 3 people from the County Environmental Protection Bureau , prepare corresponding equipment according to their respective job functions.

(14) Shikou Town organized 15 rural village cadres. Responsible for mobilizing villagers in the drill area and convening mass meetings before the drill, and negotiating and cashing out compensation for young crops.

(15) 100 people participated. It is organized by the Land and Resources Bureau of Meigang Township and County, including: 50 extras and 50 mass representatives, and the drill costumes are implemented.

(16) The total number of participating teams is 332.

(4) Participation requirements

(1) Each participating unit must wear uniforms if they have standard clothing. Other units must wear camouflage uniforms. Village and group cadres and the masses are required to be farmers. Dress code required.

(2) Each participating unit must provide corresponding signs and symbols to the logistics support team before May 15, and uniformly wear the team flag issued by the Bureau of Land and Resources.

(3) Each participating unit shall provide its own vehicles, equipment, and materials to ensure that the preview and drill proceed normally.

(4) Each participating unit must participate in the rehearsal and drill according to the specified personnel and time requirements to ensure the successful completion of the task.

IV. Division of Training and Exercise Stages

(1) Preparation Stage
