What if the mobile phone is not returned to the police station?

If the mobile phone is not returned, the police station will generally mediate and let the finder return the mobile phone. The law clearly stipulates that the lost property should be returned to the right holder, and the finder should promptly notify the right holder to collect it or send it to the public security and other relevant departments. Therefore, if the finder finds the mobile phone, it should be returned to its owner. If the finder is unwilling to return it, the police station will mediate.
