If the cardholder designated by Party B forgets the Pacific Card password, he or she shall submit a written password reset application to Party A with the Pacific Card and the valid identity document used when applying for the Pacific Card, which shall be reviewed by Party A. After agreeing, Party B will reset the password and refill the password envelope, and Party B will pay the corresponding fees. 2. If the cardholder designated by Party B loses the Pacific Card, he should promptly report the loss in writing or by phone or other non-written means. The loss report will take effect immediately upon completion of the loss reporting procedures. 3. If the cardholder designated by Party B forgets his password or loses his Pacific Card, Party A will not bear any responsibility if any of the following circumstances occurs, and all losses will be borne by Party B: 1. All transactions conducted using the password before the password was reset; 2 . All transactions under the Pacific Card that occurred before the loss report procedure was completed; 3. Party B or its designated cardholder committed fraud or other violations of the principle of good faith; 4. Party B’s designated cardholder failed to sign on the back of the Pacific Card and was Used by others fraudulently; 5. The cardholder designated by Party B fails to keep his or her valid identity document or the password is used fraudulently by others due to leakage; 6. Party A investigates the relevant situation and is rejected by Party B or its designated cardholder. Article 6 Other Terms of Use 1. If the following circumstances occur, Party A has the right to cancel Party B’s card-using qualifications and authorize its affiliated institutions and special merchants to take back the Pacific Card. At the same time, Party B shall bear all losses arising therefrom. Fees are non-refundable: 1. Party B or its designated cardholder transfers or lends the Pacific Card or account to others; 2. Party B or its designated cardholder uses the Pacific Card to engage in illegal activities; 3. Party B or its designated cardholder has Fraud or other acts that violate the principle of good faith; 4. Party B or its designated cardholder violates other terms of this contract.

2. Party B shall not refuse to pay the amount due on the grounds of dispute with the merchant. Party A does not assume any responsibility for losses caused by failure of the cardholder designated by Party B to use the card due to network failure or other objective reasons. All risks and losses caused by Party B's designated cardholder using the Pacific Card on the Internet shall be borne by Party B himself. Article 7 Account Cancellation Terms of Pacific Card If Party B needs to stop using Pacific Card midway, he shall submit a written application for account cancellation to Party A. Party A will handle the account cancellation procedures for Party B 7 days after accepting Party B's written account cancellation application. All payables incurred due to the use of Pacific Card before the account cancellation procedures are completed shall still be borne by Party B. The above payables shall be deemed to be fully due and Party B will pay it off in one lump sum, and Party A will not refund the annual fee collected. This contract shall terminate upon completion of the account cancellation procedures. Article 8 Application of law and dispute resolution This contract shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court where Party A is located. Article 9 Others 1. The application form and the "Articles of Association" are an integral part of this contract. 2. Party A modifies this Contract, the Articles of Association or adjusts interest rates, charging items, charging standards, etc. Once the modification or adjustment is announced, it will be binding on the parties to this Contract. 3. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, any unfinished matters shall be handled in accordance with Party A’s business regulations and financial industry practices. 4. This contract shall come into effect upon signature and official seal of the legal representative or principal responsible person of the parties.
