In order to further improve the scientificity, accuracy and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control, and build a safety barrier for joint prevention and control, it is decided to fully promote the use of "Sheng Da code" at the entrances and exits of various places in the city from 0: 00 on April 2. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. "Sheng Da Code" is applicable to the access verification of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, medical institutions, civil service institutions, campuses, farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, exhibitions, tourism, cultural entertainment, stadiums, hotels, docks, vehicles, parks, communities (villages), communities and other places within the city.

2. Managers of all kinds of places should use the "My Lianyungang" APP, take the initiative to apply for the "Sheng Da code" of their own units, and post it in a conspicuous position at the entrance and exit, and arrange special personnel to guide and supervise the entrance personnel to scan the code, and then they can enter the venue after checking it, so as to ensure that every entrance must be scanned, every sweep must be checked and no one is missed.

3. Institutions, enterprises, hospitals, schools, stations and docks, large supermarkets, farmers' markets and other crowded places, encourage the use of professional code scanning equipment integrating "Sheng Da code" to improve the efficiency of traffic verification.

4. Please ask the general public to pre-install and register the "My Lianyungang" APP to complete the real-name authentication. When entering the relevant places, you should take the initiative to scan the code and actively cooperate with the on-site staff to verify it. For those who don't have smart phones, such as the elderly and children, peers will scan the code or register manually. "Dasheng Code" with red prompt or abnormal code color is not allowed to enter, and corresponding control measures shall be implemented according to regulations.

5. Counties (functional departments), departments in charge of various industries and regulatory authorities should guide and urge local managers to strictly implement the "Sheng Da Code" access verification measures.

6. Counties and districts that have implemented the scanning code access verification system, in the initial stage of this notice, report to the municipal headquarters for examination and approval, and use it in parallel with the Great Sage Code, and merge it into the Great Sage Code before 24: 00 on June 30.
