In response, Changsha High-tech Zone responded: According to the feasibility study approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the T2 line is undergoing preliminary work such as environmental assessment and measurement. There are many real estates around the T2 line and complex pipelines within the linear range. Preliminary hearings and coordination work need to be done. Therefore, it is planned to start the construction of the Meixi Lake-Yuelu Avenue section in the second half of next year.

Meixi Lake High-tech Zone Line: There are 13 stations. The Meixi Lake High-tech Zone Line starts from Meixi Lake Culture and Art Center, is laid along Linshui Road-Lugu Avenue-Yuelu Avenue, and ends at Yuelu Avenue. Intersection with Huizhi Road.
