Weather is not as good as geographical location, geographical location is not as good as human harmony, and unity is strength. Only by uniting can we form a joint force. As the director of the laboratory, in my work, I insist on discussing things with you, listen to the opinions of my comrades humbly and sincerely, be strict with myself, treat others sincerely, respect and care for my comrades, put myself in their shoes, and strive to create a relaxed, harmonious and pleasant working environment. Listen to all, but be partial. Do a good job of coordination between leaders and comrades, comrades and comrades, exchange ideas and feelings with you more, be your bosom friends, and strive to create a working atmosphere of mutual trust, mutual help and ease of mind. Summing up the recent work, although some progress and achievements have been made, there are still some shortcomings in some aspects. For example, there are not many creative work ideas, and individual work is not perfect enough, which needs to be improved in future work.

In the future, in the experimental center, I will seriously study various policies and regulations and strive to make my ideological consciousness and work efficiency reach a new level in an all-round way.
