The film tells the story of how Sheriff Harrison recruited and trained a five-person special weapons tactical team and successfully arrested drug lords.

Plot:

Los Angeles drug Lord Alex (olivier martinez) tries to escape before being handed over to federal detectives by the LAPD, so he says that whoever helps him escape from the police station will pay $654.38 billion.

Under the temptation of such a huge sum of money, many fugitives made up their minds and began to attack the police station frequently, hoping to save Alex. Therefore, the LAPD set up an action team headed by Harrison to keep an eye on Alex day and night to prevent him from being rescued by gangsters.
