Transformation of Wuhu North Station into a 500-meter-long rail welding base in Wuhu North. The welding rail base is designed according to two production lines, and the general layout of production process is U-shaped. There are 1 arrival and departure lines (effective length 680m) at the intersection of main lines. According to the rail welding process, there is a long and short rail loading and unloading line (effective length 680m) and 1 outlet. At the end, the existing parking lot will be properly transformed into a parking line, and three parking lines (effective length 680m) will be set. According to the needs of operation and production, the existing line from Yuxi Kou Station to Wuhu North Station was reconstructed. Main works quantity: subgrade earthwork is 45,000m3, track laying is 5.3km, 8 sets of turnouts are laid, and lines are reconstructed17.6km.. On May 26th, 2009, after 15 months of intense construction, Wuhu North Rail Welding Base invested 65438+45 million yuan was put into trial operation.
