Kong Fansen Memorial Hall is located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. The museum covers an area of about 10400 square meters, with a building area of 1400 square meters. The pavilion is15m high, with double eaves and a gallery structure around it. The east and west sides of the main entrance are inlaid with eight gold-plated characters inscribed by Jiang Zemin, "Comrade Kong Fansen Memorial Hall". There are 1 memorial halls and 3 exhibition halls in the museum. The square in front of the museum is spacious and surrounded by lush green grass.
