In accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Measures for Signing Support Agreements in Rural Areas of Shandong Province", the Office for Aging, in conjunction with the Village Elderly Working Committee, promptly renewed family support agreements for eligible elderly people, and conducted judicial notarization, with a signing rate of 100. The five guarantees are provided to qualified helpless elderly people. In order to improve their living standards, a method of combining centralized support and decentralized support in towns and villages is adopted to maximize the centralized support rate. 128 people are supported in the town, reaching a total of 128 people. 70 of the total number of five guarantees ensures the food, clothing, housing, transportation and medical care of the elderly, making their lives a reliable guarantee.

(2) All responsible departments and window units have fully implemented the preferential treatment policy and target responsibility system. For example, the health center has established a priority outpatient clinic for the elderly, a ward for the elderly, and is exempted from registration fees. There are 13,113 elderly people in the town. The new rural cooperative medical system has been exempted and exempted. All five-guarantee households and some elderly people with difficulties have been uniformly applied for medical insurance by the town. The number of exempted and exempted elderly people participating in medical insurance has reached 100. Subsidies for the elderly are also issued. There are 2,014 elderly people aged 80-99 years old in the town, including 1,759 people aged 80-89 years old, 255 people aged 90-99 years old, and 5 people aged over 100 years old. Our town strictly followed the matching ratio of 25% and provided the elderly subsidies to the elderly in a timely manner. A total of more than 850,000 yuan in subsidies have been distributed throughout the town. Actively include rural "three-no" elderly, seriously ill, severely disabled, extremely poor and widowed and lonely elderly people into the scope of rural five-guarantee support and rural subsistence allowances, and enjoy five-guarantee and subsistence allowance living subsidies. The maximum number is 430 childless people in the town. Female-less elderly people enjoy the five-guarantee support, and a total of more than 1.3 million yuan in living allowances have been paid. 50 seriously ill, severely disabled, and extremely poor elderly people have been included in the minimum living security guarantee, ensuring the living problems of the elderly. During this year’s Double Ninth Festival, our town’s *** visited 21 elderly households and sent televisions, radios and other materials to the elderly; we purchased 33 quilts for nursing homes and centenarians to send the warmth of the party and government.

In order to complete the insurance work of our town's "Silver Age Health Project", in accordance with the spiritual requirements of the two-level city's aging documents and combined with the actual situation of our town, we have applied for accidental injury combination insurance for 3991 people in the town. Rural subsistence allowances were provided for 680 needy elderly people in the town.

3. Seriously do a good job in publicity and education on aging, and create a good atmosphere of respecting and respecting the elderly in the whole society. Over the past year, we have regarded publicity and education as an important part of the work on the elderly. We have paid close attention to firstly taking responsibility for the production of more than 7,000 copies of publicity materials on laws and regulations for the elderly, and distributed them to every household in every village. Secondly, we have used radio, blackboards, and bulletin boards to carry out publicity. Each village set up fixed billboards and 2-5 slogans in main streets and public places. At the same time, good examples of respecting and respecting the elderly were written into reports and distributed to Zaozhuang and Tengzhou Daily for vigorous promotion.

Through a series of policies for serving the elderly, our town has made some achievements in the aging work, but there is still a gap with the requirements of the superior aging department. We will take advantage of this inspection to further increase our efforts. We will implement various preferential treatment policies for the elderly, check for gaps and fill in the gaps, and make our due contribution to the cause of aging in our town.
