What clauses in the new law are related to urban rail transit?

Article 92 If the main person in charge of a production and business operation entity fails to perform the duties of production safety management as stipulated in this Law, and a production safety accident occurs, the supervision and administration department of production safety shall impose a fine in accordance with the following provisions: (1) If an ordinary accident occurs, a fine of 30% of the previous year's income shall be imposed; (two) a major accident, a fine of 40% of the previous year's income; (three) a major accident, a fine of 60% of the previous year's income; (four) in the event of a particularly serious accident, a fine of 80% of the previous year's income will be imposed.
