What are the main measures to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in administrative institutions?

The state-owned assets management activities of administrative institutions should follow the principles of combining asset management with budget management, combining asset management with financial management, and combining physical management with value management. (1) straighten out the management system of state-owned assets in administrative institutions.
