One guarantee, two worries and three guarantees refer to two worries, three guarantees and one guarantee respectively.

1. First, don't worry about eating: you can eat enough staple food and eat meat at least once a month.

Don't worry about clothes: clothes change all year round.

3. Three Guarantees of Compulsory Education: Except for health reasons, children aged 6~ 15 cannot drop out of school.

4. Guarantee basic medical care: All of them have participated in the new rural cooperative medical system or urban and rural residents' medical insurance funded by the government, and have supplementary insurance for serious illness. Patients with chronic diseases have obtained chronic disease cards, signed doctors' services, and implemented rescue policies.

5. Ensuring housing security: refers to living in a safe house, which can be your own house, the house of your relatives, friends and neighbors who live stably, the public house or rented house in the village, and you can afford the rent.

6. Safe drinking water safety: the water quality appraisal is safe, and the continuous water shortage time cannot exceed one month, including four aspects: water quality, water quantity, water convenience and water supply guarantee rate.
