Provisions of Ya 'an Municipality on Classified Treatment of Rural Domestic Waste
The term "rural domestic waste" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the solid waste generated by units and individuals outside the city appearance and environmental sanitation management area in their daily life or in the activities of providing services for daily life, and the solid waste regarded as domestic waste as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Wastes from industrial, construction, medical and agricultural production in rural areas, as well as the bodies of livestock and poultry and pets, shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and rules. Article 3 The housing and urban-rural construction department or the comprehensive administrative law enforcement department is the competent department in charge of the classified treatment of rural domestic waste within their respective administrative areas, and is responsible for the coordination, guidance and management of the classified treatment of rural domestic waste.

Article 5 The system of responsible person shall be implemented for the classified delivery of rural domestic garbage:
