June 26th is the International Anti-Drug Day. The theme of the 20 12 international anti-drug day is "global action to build a drug-free and safe community". 1987 In June, the United Nations held a ministerial meeting on drug abuse and illegal trafficking in Vienna, Austria. The congress put forward the slogan of "love life, don't take drugs" and suggested that June 26th every year be designated as "International Anti-drug Day" to arouse the attention of all countries in the world to the drug problem and resist the harm of drugs. In the same year1February, the 42nd United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution to officially designate June 26th as the International Day against Drug Abuse.
