Interview experience with Yili

It’s hard to find a job! ! ! A national brand like Yili is naturally every college student’s dream! Yili's front line is a bit long. I applied after listening to the briefing. It was almost a month until I received the online test notice, and it was still a week from the online test to the written test.

There are seven graphical reasoning questions at the beginning of Yili’s online test, which are relatively simple, but the time is very tight, only six minutes; Yili is relatively powerful, and the following personality test questions are mine. I have done the most; about a week later, I received the notice for the written test. The written test had a lot of questions, 100 questions per session, all of which were choices. The first 80 questions are practical test questions, including word selection, induction, sorting, logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, material analysis, and language analysis questions. Anyway, you have to take a good look at the practical test questions for civil servants. I think they are basically all tested. There are 20 English questions at the end, ten grammar questions, and ten short reading questions. English is not too difficult.

In short, the amount of questions is very large, so you have to hurry up for the first questions, otherwise the material analysis and English reading later will be very annoying. You still have to prepare in advance and read the civil service questions early, whether you are taking the civil service exam or not. On the plus side, it’s still annoying to fail in the written test when looking for a job. ;
