Don't tell your new colleagues the following seven points.

"You are very cute. Do you want to date me?

Obviously, it is totally inappropriate to say such things with new colleagues, which may bring a very embarrassing situation. Before asking such questions, you need to spend some time getting to know your new colleagues.

2. "Don't mix with those people ..."

Even if you have a good reason to hate some people in the company, telling these things to new colleagues will only make them think that you are a narrow-minded person. Why did you involve a new colleague in office politics?

3. "I hate our boss/company/colleagues/everyone"

It's not a good idea to say something to new colleagues that shows your subjective tendency. Most likely, they will be loyal to the boss who hired them, not a grumpy and complaining colleague.

4. "Good luck"

If you sincerely wish your new colleagues good luck, it is certainly a good thing. However, don't say this in an ironic tone, which will only make the other person think you are mean.

5. "I dodged a bullet now" or "You may regret doing this job"

Similarly, like the sarcastic "Good luck", these two sentences are not suitable for new colleagues because they will not encourage them. If they are in big trouble at work, let them make their own decisions.
