Legal analysis: In order to thoroughly implement the Party Central Committee's requirements of strictly administering the party and police, promote the education and rectification of the political and legal team in the whole region, and strengthen the construction of the political and legal team, according to the Opinions on Applying the Policy of "Self-examination is lenient and investigation is strict" during the education and rectification of the national political and legal team (Jiao Quanzu [2021] No.8), According to the China * * * production party law work regulations, China * * * production party disciplinary regulations, China * * * production party accountability regulations, People's Republic of China (PRC) * * law on administrative punishment of public officials, People's Republic of China (PRC) * * and the criminal procedure law and other laws and regulations and the spirit of the relevant normative documents of the autonomous region, combined with the actual work of education and rectification of the political and legal team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, these measures are formulated.

Legal basis: The Interim Measures for the Education and Rectification of the Political and Legal Team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should be lenient in self-examination and strict in investigation.

Article 2 The education and rectification of the political and legal team should always uphold and strengthen the leadership of the Party, rule the country according to law, learn lessons and save lives, accurately grasp the "three differences", make good use of the "four forms", comprehensively consider factors such as the nature of the facts, the seriousness of the circumstances, the impact of the consequences, the ideological attitude and so on, and embody the principle of combining leniency with severity.

Article 3 The scope of application of these Measures is all on-the-job political and legal police officers in the political and legal committees of party committees at all levels in the autonomous region, courts, procuratorates, public security organs and judicial administrative organs (including prisons and drug rehabilitation centers), and members of the political and legal committees of towns and sub-district offices in Sumu.

The main problems occurred during the period of retired, transferred and resigned personnel of political and legal organs engaged in political and legal work shall be implemented by referring to these measures.

Article 4 These Measures shall apply to the period of education and rectification of political and legal teams in the whole region. Among them, the political and legal committees and political and legal units of the Party committees at League City and Qixian County (cities, districts), the political and legal police officers of prisons and drug rehabilitation centers directly under the autonomous region, and the members of the political and legal committees of Sumu township and sub-district offices began at the end of February and ended at the end of June, 20021year; The Political and Legal Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the police officers of political and legal units began at the end of February and ended at the end of June, 2002 10.
