Tomorrow (May 20th) afternoon, a seminar on "Reform of Measurement Unit System and International Mutual Recognition" will be held in Hangzhou Xiasha Testing Base. The seminar was directed by Zhejiang Market Supervision Administration and sponsored by Zhejiang Institute of Metrology. The main content of the seminar is to publicize the major changes in the international system of units, publicize the certificate mutual recognition system of the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML), and urge the science and technology industry to recognize the impact, opportunities and challenges brought about by the changes as soon as possible, make full use of the efficiency and convenience of the international mutual recognition system of metrology, and promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
