What's the jingle of the tower crane?

1, overloaded or the weight of the hoisted object is unclear;

2, the command signal is not clear;

3. Loose or unbalanced binding and hanging may cause sliding without hanging;

4. Don't hang when there are people or floating objects on the hoisted object;

5, the structure or parts have defects or damage that affect the safety work;

6. In case of buried objects with unclear tension, don't hang them;

7. When the work site is dark, it is impossible to see the site, the hoisted object and the command signal clearly, and hoisting is not carried out;

8. There is no padding between the edges and corners and the binding wire rope, so don't lift the hoisted object;

9. Don't hang when lifting heavy objects obliquely;

10. Don't hang the goods in the container when it is too full.

Matters needing attention in the use of tower crane:

1, when the wind reaches level 4 or above, jacking, installation and disassembly operations are not allowed. Before jack-up, the connections of all parts of the hydraulic jack-up system must be checked. In the process of jack-up, it is forbidden to rotate the arm and perform other operations.

2. After the installation of tower crane, the technical inspection and adjustment of the whole machine should be carried out, and it can be delivered only after passing the inspection in stages and the whole machine. Under no-load condition, the verticality deviation between the tower and the ground shall not exceed 4/ 1000. The motor and hydraulic device of tower crane shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of motor and hydraulic device.
