Recently, the Property Service Center has received many complaints from property owners reporting that objects thrown from high altitudes are particularly serious. People often unconsciously throw stones, tiles and other debris downstairs. This kind of irresponsible behavior is very irresponsible. Dangerous and immoral.

Throwing objects from high altitude is not only uncivilized behavior, but also causes many safety hazards and poses a great threat to the personal safety of others. Serious cases of throwing objects from high altitude will also be investigated for criminal liability. Therefore, please consciously maintain the cleanliness of the community and cultivate your own safety awareness. This is the obligation of each of our owners (residents). We hope that all owners/residents will take active actions and jointly resist the uncivilized behavior of throwing objects at high altitudes.

1. Develop civilized living habits and do not throw away garbage, waste and dirty water at high altitudes;

2. There are trash cans in the corridors of each unit. Please put garbage into the trash cans;

3. Please secure items near the window and do not hang clothes on the balcony. , mops and other sundries to avoid dangers such as falling objects;

4. Renovation owners are requested to warn workers not to throw things away.
