I like running, and I also like inviting friends to run with me. At this time, my comrades encouraged me, inspired me, and even dragged me through two or three villages where dogs barked one after another on the roadside and ran back to our camp until I ran into the gate of the military academy.

After entering the military school, I ran a lot. After the self-study at 9 o'clock every night, everyone runs together. Rarely wear long pants, and most of the time wear vest shorts. We ran around the teaching area, less than 2 kilometers in a big circle, and completed the training task after running for 3 laps. I like to run next to Qingyang's classmates in my class. In order not to follow in their footsteps, young colleagues will choose one or two sports to keep fit. And running is especially popular with everyone. Gradually, colleagues who love running agreed to form a running circle of friends. During the physical training time at 5 pm, if the work at hand is not too busy, you will consciously come to the circular runway of the camp playground and run a few laps or more in groups, which has always been the case.

Simple running is hard and boring. It is easiest for a person to run a lap and give up halfway, which requires strong perseverance. Because I often run with my comrades-in-arms and colleagues, with their drive and encouragement, I actually persisted.

Compared with other sports, running has many advantages: it is not limited by equipment, venue, time, number of people and funds. It is a systematic and systematic sport, suitable for men, women and children, easy to carry out, with high safety factor, no need for personnel support, and self-adjusting intensity. In this respect, other sports are not as good as running.

Running together has many hidden benefits.

Some retired, changed jobs, took off their military uniforms that they had worn for many years, and some went to other positions in other units. Two years have passed, and all the running comrades on the playground are gone. I go once in a while, but I don't realize the fun of running together. The originally lively playground suddenly felt lonely, empty and strange.

At the beginning, some of my colleagues went to Beijing and Nanjing, some went to Chengdu and Xi 'an, and went to the southeast and northwest of the motherland step by step. But no matter where everyone is, the contact with each other and the news of WeChat friends circle have not been interrupted. Most people who loved running habits at the beginning persisted in different cities and trails. I once heard that an old director of the newspaper took part in a long-distance race around the city wall in Xi 'an and ran into the top 50 of the amateur group. I also heard that several colleagues participated in the city marathons in Beijing, Nanjing and Lanzhou, and finished the whole course with good results.
