For a simple example, if you invest in a hotel, you will first investigate the flow of people around you and the permanent population, and make statistics to get the age division. According to the age group and preferences, you know there are many white-collar workers aged 20-30 nearby, and hot pot and business meals are their first choice for parties. It is also concluded that most of them are married and have children aged 3-4, so can we open some mid-range customized restaurants for these white-collar workers that meet their price? For children, can you make some investments in entertainment and parent-child sideline? Moreover, these profits and losses are also controllable for you. Of course, these are the most basic levels of consciousness, and they are also within the scope of ordinary people's consciousness. With mature consciousness, we can grasp more hidden elements, so every product manager has the potential of CEO, because he can see some profit points that others can't see in advance. The premise is that you are good enough, life is the premise for us to become good, and work is also the guarantee for us to get rich in the future.
