Safety measures of mixing station

Safety is the most important thing in production, so remind users to pay attention to safety matters:

1. Before starting the mixer and inclined belt conveyor every time, ring the bell for three times with an interval of ten seconds. After the bell rings three times, it will take five seconds to start the equipment.

2. It is forbidden to enter the mixer without reason. If maintenance is really necessary, turn off the power supply, put up the sign "No electricity when someone is working" and assign special personnel to take care of it. After confirming that there is no one in the mixing tank, the main mixer can be started.

3. When there is material in the mixer, it should be cleaned manually, and it is forbidden to start the mixer with load.

4. It is forbidden to carry out maintenance work while the equipment is running, and it is forbidden to touch the mechanical moving parts of the equipment.

5. It is forbidden to stand under the belt conveyor, especially under the heavy hammer tensioner, so as to avoid falling objects from high altitude and hurting people.

6. If the machine stops halfway, the sand and gravel on the conveyor belt should be cleaned before starting, and starting with load is not allowed.

7. The air compressor and gas storage tank in the gas supply system are pressure vessels. Please do not adjust the relief pressure of the safety valve at will to ensure that the pressure-driven equipment works within the range of 0.5-0.8 MPa.

8. When the pneumatic drive equipment is overhauled, the corresponding air supply valve should be closed to avoid accidents.

9. In principle, personnel unrelated to production shall not enter the work area, control room or touch the button handle.

10. Pay attention to and observe the changes of the load-bearing structure and foundation of the mixing station. When it is found that mechanical parts are deformed, silos are skewed, foundations are cracked or collapsed, it should be reported in time to avoid major accidents.

1 1. The maintenance and repair of electrical equipment shall be carried out with certificates, and the relevant regulations of the electric power department shall be observed and implemented. Do not connect other power supply equipment in the electric control cabinet without permission.
