Then the designer designs the plane layout according to the information provided by the customer.

2. After the floor plan is passed, the customer agrees with the design scheme and decides to hand over the house to the designer to complete the design. At this time, the designer will propose to go to the site to measure the size (foreign customers can go to the site according to their own needs, and if they need a designer, they need to reimburse the designer's round-trip expenses. You can also choose the way to change the designer yourself, as follows: the customer measures the size of the house according to the requirements of the designer, of course, the more careful the better. The general designer's process of measuring dimensions on site is as follows: firstly, according to the floor plan provided by the customer, the positions of all pipes and smoke exhaust officers are determined, mainly the length and width. This is to calculate the space of tiling, the position of beams, mainly the depth and width of beams, and to predict the size of windows for the design of smallpox. Then add photos of the scene, if possible in the form of DV, so that you can go to the scene instead of the designer. The designer will improve the floor plan according to the returned information. At this time, the customer needs to pay a design deposit of 2000 yuan. It is convenient for designers to enter the next program and make renderings!

3. The production cycle of the renderings is about 4 working days. After the completion, the designer will inform the customer to come and see the scheme (the designer of foreign customers will provide a small picture of the renderings scheme). If the customer agrees with the scheme, 80% of the design fee will be paid at this time. The designer enters the next process and makes the construction drawing scheme!

4. The construction drawing production cycle is about 3 working days. After completion, the designer will inform the customer to look at the scheme (foreign customer designers will provide sample drawings of the construction drawing scheme). If the customer agrees to the scheme, the remaining 20% of the design fee will be paid at this time. The designer will deliver all the renderings, schemes and complete sets of construction drawings to the customer.
